Background:
Claudia Zaker’s journey to real estate is anything but ordinary. Before making waves in the industry, she spent 3.5 years as a Deputy Sheriff in San Diego County, breaking barriers as the only woman in her department and working undercover in narcotics and gaming.

When she married Max, who was involved in real estate development in downtown San Diego, her career began to shift. Encouraged by Max to move out of law enforcement due to the risky stakes and long hours, often working 14–15-hour shifts, Claudia obtained her real estate license—initially just to help with his property investments. Little did she know she would soon build a thriving business of her own.

Claudia leveraged the discipline required from law enforcement plus training in the martial arts of Judo and Taekwondo and applied that to her new real estate career. As a result, she saw early success in the REO/foreclosure market which helped her leave law enforcement behind. With Max’s support in building out systems and processes, they bought into a Keller Williams franchise and ran that successfully for 10 years. After a couple of years of running an independent brokerage, they took their talents to Real Brokerage to earn equity in a fast-growing company. They’ve continued to scale their team over the past few years to include escrow and mortgage companies to complement their real estate business.

From helping friends and family to processing foreclosed and REO properties to running a successful Keller Williams franchise of their own for 10 years, Claudia has tackled it all, and now she’s bringing that same drive and dedication to Realty of America.

Professional Achievements:

2023 was a big year for Claudia and Max. Their team closed 350 transactions, with an impressive $90 million in sales volume. And they’re not slowing down. For 2024, they’re projecting even bigger numbers—500 transactions and $108 million in sales volume.
