Click the “Join Now” button and answer a few questions to help us get to know you. You will need your real estate license number and an email address to sign up. Once that’s done, we will generate an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA), and you’ll be on your way to joining ROA. Our state Designated Broker and corporate team will then reach out to welcome you to the team.
The timeline depends on the state and whether we are open for business in that state, but it usually
takes 1 to 4 days. If there’s a blemish or restriction on your license, it may take a few additional days.
There are absolutely no monthly fees at ROA. We believe that burdening our agents with fees would hinder their success. Instead, we focus on ensuring our agents are learning and thriving, free from the worry of accumulating fees. Our commitment is to provide the resources and support agents need to grow their business without financial obstacles.
Our entire tech platform is available with a total tech fee of $750, split into $250 increments on your first, second, and third deals. There are no monthly fees, so you get full access to our world-class tools right away, and you only pay as you close deals. If you succeed, we succeed.
Yes, we offer dedicated Designated Brokers in each state. Our brokers have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, ensuring they have the knowledge and expertise to support your business and help you take it to the next level.

Yes, after achieving the $14K commission cap, there is a $250 transaction fee for each deal closed thereafter.
Yes, the commission cap at ROA is $14,000. After hitting the cap, agents earn 100% of their commission, minus a $250 transaction fee per deal.
Yes, there is a $50 E&O fee per file at ROA. This fee helps cover you by providing insurance in case of any errors or omissions during a transaction, ensuring both you and your clients are protected.
Our commission split is 85/15, allowing you to keep more of your earnings so you can invest back into your business. We focus on giving our agents the financial freedom to grow and succeed in real estate.
For brand new agents, the commission split is 60/40 for the first three residential transactions or five residential leases. After completing these initial deals, you will transition to the standard 85/15 split.

Agents at ROA are paid quickly after closing a deal. Once the transaction is finalized, commission payments are processed and disbursed in a timely manner. Typically, agents can expect to be paid within 24 to 48 hours after closing.
